Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) is organized by state governments and Center Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is organized by Center Government. TET is is valid in certain states but CTET is applicable for center and for some states also.
CTET- Center Teacher Eligibility Test. CTET gives you the certificate of Teacher Eligibility. With this Certificate, Candidate can apply in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sanghthan (KVS), Navodaya Vidyalaya’s, Central Tibetan Schools etc. which are run, funded and regulated by Center. CTET Exam Consist of two papers – Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 is for Primary Teachers and paper 2 is for TGTs (Trained Graduate Teachers). Paper 1 comprises of 150 Questions which are objective in nature. There is 1 mark for each corrected answers. The Questions Breakup are as follows:
